SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping for our customers across Canada and the mainland US.
Our processing time is typically 1 to 2 days, and transit times are estimated at 3 to 5 days within Canada and 4 to 7 days for the US.
Please note that transit times may vary depending on weather conditions or other scenarios out of our control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges provided that the fire pit has not been used, and is in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
To initiate either a return or exchange, please email us directly: ben@hbeefire.com. Once the return or exchange is confirmed, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of confirmation.
